I visited recently and received an excellent treatment for IPL Hair removal. Katie gave me a warm welcome, the clinic is well set out and immaculate. I like that it is local and private and there are no worries about parking or paying for car parks. Katie explained the procedure throroughly and gave excellent advice. She was very professional through out and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am returning for further treatments and will be recommending her to my friends.

I visited Herts Laser & Beauty Clinic for a half leg wax and from original contact to book the appointment through to having the treatment, everything was really easy. Katie responded to my request for an appointment really quickly and was available after work which is really important to me. Her treatment room is well equipped and she was very professional in that she gave me privacy to get changed before and after my treatment. The prices are very reasonable compared to other therapists I've used and I've made another appointment to see Katie for more waxing plus a manicure and pedicure. Definitely would recommend Herts Laser & Beauty Clinic.
